The PATHWAYS Project
Overview
PATHWAYS is a 14-week employability and workforce activation programme designed for unemployed adults aged 25 and older. The programme combines competency benchmarking, practical skills development, career preparation, and employer-linked placement support to help participants access sustainable employment, remote work opportunities, and income-generating pathways.
Delivered through a hybrid model, PATHWAYS includes both in-person and remote learning, supported by the PATHWAYS Laptop Library initiative, which provides device access for participants without laptops or digital learning equipment.
